Our one-on-one sessions are rooted in somatic therapy — helping you reconnect with your body’s wisdom as a pathway to healing, clarity, and wholeness.

Each session is personalized and may include:

  • Deep Listening & Dialogue: Compassionate conversations to address emotional blocks, process past experiences, and foster self-discovery.

  • Somatic Experiencing®: A body-based approach to therapy designed to gently resolve trauma stored in the body, regulate the nervous system, and restore a sense of safety and ease.

  • Mindfulness & Breathwork: Simple practices to increase awareness, build resilience, and cultivate calm presence in both body and mind.

  • Yoga & Therapeutic Bodywork: Mindful movement and restorative touch to unwind tension, relieve stress, and support emotional and physical well-being.balance.

  • Integrative Nutrition: Mindful, holistic strategies to foster self-compassion, balance, and a healthy relationship with food.

  • Transpersonal Journeys & Integration: For those called to deeper work, guided journeys and integration sessions to help you bring insights and transformation into everyday life.

My Approach

I believe conventional psychology often falls short, which is why I’ve trained in a diverse range of modalities that honor the integration of mind, body, and spirit. My approach is holistic, client-centered, and trauma-informed.

Practical Details

  • I offer a free 30-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit to work together.

  • Fees: $125 per 60-minute session. Sliding scale options are available for lower-income clients.

  • Session Locations: I offer therapy over Zoom or in person at Vikara Center.
